Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and contain the original packaging. We offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy, including free pre-paid shipping labels for returns within the domestic United States. 

International customers are responsible for shipping and related costs for returning the product to the US. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

To ensure your satisfaction, we're glad to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. 


Domestic (United States)

We gladly accept returns if you aren't 100% satisfied with your order. Simply visit our automated, self-service Returns & Exchanges portal to initiate your return. 

Simply select a reason for the return and submit the request. Once submitted, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for you to download/print and ship the item back to us. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. 

International (Canada/Rest of World)


Domestic US
We're glad to replace an item if it is defective -or- wasn't the size/color you expected. Simply access our automated, self-service Returns & Exchanges portal and include the the name, size and/or color of the item your exchanging for. 

A return label will be provided immediately upon submitting your request. The new item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the original item. Your replacement item will be shipped immediately upon receiving the original returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds/credits are processed within 24 hours of receiving the original/returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
