Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and contain the original packaging. We offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy, including free pre-paid shipping labels for returns and exchanges within the domestic United States.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To ensure your satisfaction, we're glad to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS

Domestic (United States)

We gladly accept returns if you aren't 100% satisfied with your order.

Our automated Return/Exchange portal is currently unavailable for maintenance.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us as at support@lexingtonintimates.com, and include the following:

Once submitted, we will email a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 24 hours, which will post to your payment method in 2-3 business days.

EXCHANGES

Domestic US
We're glad to replace an item if it is defective -or- wasn't the size/color you expected. Simply access our automated, self-service Returns & Exchanges portal and include the the name, size and/or color of the item your exchanging for.

A return label will be provided immediately upon submitting your request. The new item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the original item. Your replacement item will be shipped immediately upon receiving the original returned item.

REFUNDS/CREDITS

Once we receive your returned merchandise, a refunds will be processed within 24 hours. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds/credits are processed within 24 hours of receiving the original/returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lexingtonintimates.com.
